The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department confirmed to PEOPLE that a traffic accident occurred involving two drivers — theLet’s Make a Dealhost and a 51-year-old male — on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California.
“Wayne is so upset about this incident with a drunk driver. As a father, he was just thankful it was not his daughter or anyone’s child dealing with this,” a source tells PEOPLE. “He kept thinking what if it was his daughter.”

Brady, 51, called 911. The comedian did not need to be taken to the hospital following the fight.
