The hoarding , for Ricoh Americas ' parent ship’s company Ricoh Company Ltd. of Tokyo , will measure 47 feet ( 14 metre ) high by 126 foot ( 38 meters ) long . Its floodlights will be powered on site by 45solar panelsand four wind turbines .

The result will reduce carbon dioxide utilisation by 18 ton a year , Marchetta said .
