Yesterday good afternoon , four paintings were steal from theE.G. Buehrle Collectionin Switzerland in the largest art robbery in Switzerland ’s history . Three men in ski masks steal the painting at gunpoint at 4:30 p.m. , half an time of day before the museum ’s closing . The four paintings — Claude Monet ’s " Poppy Field at Vetheuil,“ Paul CÃ © zanne ’s " male child in the Red Waistcoat,“ Edgar Degas ' " Count Lepic and his Daughters,“ and Vincent van Gogh ’s " Blooming Chestnut Branches"—were steal so quickly ( only three minutes ) that the 15 visitors in the museum were not cognisant of the robbery until the alarms sounded . The larceny has drawn enormous medium attention , hide by theNew York Times , USA Today , andTime . There is a $ 900,000 reward for data leading to the recovery of the painting .
