But upon further review , a squad from the Paris Institute of Astrophysics has determined that the clump actually hosts a seedpod of smaller dark pickle , holding things together in a more diffuse system .
Previous inquiry had suggested that the cluster ’s heart could be populated with such a congeries of star - sized black maw , but this paper cash in one’s chips a step further by also measuring the mass and extent of those objects .
